"JIM HURD is an excellent insurance agent for many, many reasons. My wife and I needed guidance with enrollment in Medicare and possible Medicare Supplement or Advantage plans (gap insurance). After Jim fully explained what each of these products were we learned that there would be 'gaps' in the "original Medicare" plans Part A and B. Jo and I were overwhelmed with the large number of Medicare related mailings we started receiving up to 4+ months before we both turned 65 years old. Many of these companies were obtrusive. Jim made it clear that all agents, companies representing major insurance companies and their plans were very much the same. Further, that the Supplements or Advantage plans we would choose most importantly should be chosen to fully cover us and our deductibles, and as important and maybe more-so, save us the most money.
